Place one tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface, reaching the edges to help seal the roll.

Sprinkle half of the shredded lettuce over the cream cheese. Layer 3 slices of deli turkey slightly left of center, avoiding the very edge, then add 2 slices of cheddar cheese on top.

Starting from the side with the turkey and cheese, roll the tortilla tightly but gently to form a roll-up. Press firmly to seal and use additional cream cheese if needed to secure the edge. Repeat with remaining tortilla and ingredients.

Using a sharp knife, cut each roll-up in half, then slice each half into 5 bite-sized pieces. Discard the unfilled ends or reserve for snacking.
