# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Thinly slice 1 large orange into 6 to 8 rounds.
02 - Gently muddle 1 cup fresh blackberries and 6 sage leaves in the bottom of a large pitcher, pressing just enough to release juices and oils without crushing to pulp.
03 - Add the orange slices and 1/2 cup orange juice to the pitcher, then stir gently to combine.
04 - Pour in 750 ml dry red wine and 1/3 cup brandy, stirring thoroughly to blend flavors.
05 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
06 - Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over, including some fruit in each glass.

# Handy Tips:

01 - Avoid over-muddling sage to prevent bitterness. Use a dry red wine and chill the mixture to enhance flavor. Add ice only just before serving to avoid dilution.
