Triple Cheese Bacon Melt (Ready-to-Print Version)

Buttery brioche with melted cheddar, Monterey Jack, provolone, and crispy bacon topped with ranch drizzle.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Bread and Cheese

01 - 8 slices thick-cut brioche bread or Texas toast
02 - 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
03 - 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
04 - 4 ounces Provolone cheese or Velveeta, sliced

→ Proteins and Condiments

05 - 8 strips bacon
06 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened
07 - ¼ cup ranch dressing, homemade or store-bought

→ Optional Add-Ons

08 - Sliced jalapeños for heat
09 - Caramelized onions for extra flavor

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Allow all cheeses to reach room temperature, approximately 15 minutes before starting.
02 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange bacon strips on a baking tray and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until crispy. Set aside.
03 - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.
04 - Generously butter one side of each bread slice.
05 - Place half of the bread slices butter-side down on the skillet. Layer sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Provolone cheeses evenly. Add 2 strips of crispy bacon per sandwich, then drizzle ranch dressing over the bacon and cheese. Top each with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
06 - Cook sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side until golden and crisp. Flip carefully and cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes until the second side is golden and cheeses are fully melted.
07 - Remove sandwiches from the skillet and let rest for 1 minute. Cut diagonally and serve immediately while cheese remains warm and melty.

# Handy Tips:

01 - For enhanced flavor, incorporate homemade ranch dressing or caramelized onions.
