3 Ingredient Banana Popsicles (Ready-to-Print Version)

Easy banana popsicles with just three ingredients and simple steps. Naturally sweet and perfect for summer.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Popsicle Base

01 - 3 large ripe bananas
02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, or agave nectar
03 - 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based alternative)

→ Optional Flavor Enhancements

04 - 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
08 - 1/4 cup peanut butter
09 - 1/2 cup strawberries or blueberries, fresh or frozen
10 - 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (swap for half the milk if adding)

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Peel ripe bananas and cut into large pieces. Measure out honey and milk.
02 - Combine bananas, honey, and milk in a blender. Add any desired optional flavorings. Blend until completely smooth.
03 - Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion during freezing. If using chocolate chips, sprinkle a few into each mold after pouring in the mixture.
04 - Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Transfer molds to the freezer and freeze until fully set, at least 4 hours or overnight.
05 - Run popsicle molds under warm water for several seconds to loosen. Carefully remove popsicles from the molds and enjoy immediately.

# Handy Tips:

01 - Use extra ripe bananas for a sweeter, more flavorful result.
02 - To quickly ripen bananas, bake unpeeled bananas on a sheet pan at 350°F (175°C) for 5–10 minutes until the skins turn very brown and the fruit is soft.
03 - Transfer popsicles to a freezer-safe container after unmolding to prevent freezer burn.
