Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

In a large pot over medium-low heat, combine the unsalted butter and 1/2 cup of the caramel sauce. Stir constantly until the butter has fully melted.

Add kosher salt and mini marshmallows to the pot, stirring continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.

Lightly spray a rubber spatula with non-stick spray to prevent sticking. Fold the Rice Krispies cereal into the marshmallow mixture using the spatula until evenly coated.

Transfer the coated cereal mixture into the prepared baking dish. Press firmly into an even layer using the spatula.

Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes until set. Drizzle the remaining 1/4 cup caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with kosher salt before cutting into bars and serving.
