Preheat the oven to 225°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, foil, or a silicone baking mat.

Place the mini pretzels evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Unwrap the Rolo candies and place one on top of each pretzel.

Bake for 2 to 3 minutes until the Rolos become glossy and soft but not fully melted.

While warm, gently press an M&M or pecan half into the center of each melted Rolo. If the toppings do not easily indent the candy, return the tray to the oven for another minute and try again. Avoid over-melting.

Allow the bites to cool at room temperature for at least 20 minutes to fully set before serving.
