Using a double boiler or microwave, carefully melt the white chocolate chips. Stir in the pumpkin pie spice until fully combined.

Pour the spiced white chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and fold gently until every piece is evenly coated.

Divide the powdered sugar between two large resealable bags. Add half of the coated mixture to each bag and shake vigorously until the powdered sugar evenly coats the cereal mixture.

Spread the coated mixture on a baking sheet to dry. Once set, store in an airtight container.
