Little Debbie Christmas Tree Truffles (Ready-to-Print Version)

Soft vanilla snack cakes mixed with cream cheese and coated in white chocolate create a festive holiday treat.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Base

01 - 5 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (vanilla variety)

→ Binding agent

02 - 115 grams cream cheese, softened

→ Coating

03 - 280 grams white chocolate or white candy melts

→ Decoration (optional)

04 - Holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes
05 - Red or green candy melts for drizzle

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Unwrap the Christmas Tree Cakes and pulse them in a food processor until crumbly, or crumble by hand in a mixing bowl.
02 - Add the softened cream cheese to the cake crumbs and mix until the mixture reaches a thick, smooth consistency. If too soft, chill for 15 minutes.
03 - Using a cookie scoop, portion the mixture and gently roll into balls. Arrange on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
04 - Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring continuously until fully smooth.
05 - Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate using a fork, tapping off excess coating, then place back onto the parchment paper. Optionally, garnish with sprinkles or crushed candy canes immediately.
06 - Melt the red or green candy melts and drizzle over the coated truffles. Allow them to set completely before serving or packaging.

# Handy Tips:

01 - Chilling the mixture and truffles helps maintain shape during coating.
