01 -
Unwrap the Christmas Tree Cakes and pulse them in a food processor until crumbly, or crumble by hand in a mixing bowl.
02 -
Add the softened cream cheese to the cake crumbs and mix until the mixture reaches a thick, smooth consistency. If too soft, chill for 15 minutes.
03 -
Using a cookie scoop, portion the mixture and gently roll into balls. Arrange on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
04 -
Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring continuously until fully smooth.
05 -
Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate using a fork, tapping off excess coating, then place back onto the parchment paper. Optionally, garnish with sprinkles or crushed candy canes immediately.
06 -
Melt the red or green candy melts and drizzle over the coated truffles. Allow them to set completely before serving or packaging.
