In a mixing bowl or cup with a pouring lip, stir together the sweetened condensed oat milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla extract until well blended.

Transfer the mixture into a sealable glass jar and refrigerate for up to one month. The sauce will thicken when chilled but can be gently warmed to return to a pourable consistency.
