In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter, then whisk in brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder until fully blended.

Place drained green beans in a baking dish. Add most of the crispy bacon and pour the prepared sauce evenly over the beans. Scatter remaining bacon on top.
