# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise or yogurt with taco seasoning and lime juice, whisking until smooth.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, and cilantro leaves. Add ¼ cup of the dressing and toss thoroughly to coat. Reserve remaining dressing for serving.
03 - Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil and evenly sprinkle with taco seasoning.
04 - Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Place fillets seasoned-side down and cook undisturbed for 4 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until fish flakes easily. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
05 - Using the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced red onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño for 1 minute. Stir in corn kernels and black beans; cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat, squeeze lime juice over mixture, add sliced green onions, and toss gently.
06 - Divide slaw and salsa evenly across four bowls. Top each with one cod fillet and a quarter of the avocado. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh cilantro sprigs before serving.

# Handy Tips:

01 - Use your preferred taco seasoning blend or a trusted store-bought brand. Any firm white fish, such as halibut or tilapia, can be substituted. Verify seasoning ingredients for gluten-free compliance.
