01 -
In a large bowl, combine chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
02 -
Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture per cluster onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, forming about 10 clusters.
03 -
Place the baking sheet with clusters into the freezer and freeze until completely solid, approximately 1 to 2 hours.
04 -
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
05 -
Remove frozen clusters from the freezer and carefully dip each into the melted chocolate using a spoon to coat thoroughly. Return to the parchment-lined baking sheet. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt.
06 -
Place coated clusters back into the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden and the yogurt to firm up. Serve chilled.
