Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange pretzels evenly on the sheet.

Place one half of a caramel candy on each pretzel. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes until caramel softens but is not fully melted.

While pretzels cool, melt milk and white chocolate chips separately using 30-second increments in the microwave or over a double boiler.

Dip each pretzel into melted chocolates alternating between milk and white chocolate. Add sprinkles immediately while chocolate is warm.
