Preheat oven to 200°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place pretzels into a large mixing bowl.

Combine butter, light brown sugar, and light corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a low boil. Maintain boiling for 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and baking soda until fully incorporated. Pour the toffee sauce over the pretzels and gently toss to coat evenly.

Spread the coated pretzels evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle Heath toffee bits and chopped pecans over the top.

Bake for 45 minutes at 200°F. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces for serving.
