01 -
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until well browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
02 -
Stir in taco seasoning until evenly distributed. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 -
In the same skillet, add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Sauté over medium heat until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
04 -
In a mixing bowl, combine nacho cheese sauce and well-drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
05 -
Lay four large flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
06 -
Spread a generous line of nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
07 -
Top with a dollop of sour cream, sautéed onions and bell peppers, seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, and crumbled Doritos.
08 -
Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly into a burrito-style wrap to seal in all fillings.
09 -
Place wraps seam-side down in a heated skillet over medium heat. Toast each side until golden brown and crisp.
10 -
Serve wraps immediately. Slice in half if desired and enjoy with extra nacho cheese sauce or sour cream.
