Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is fully browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

Place tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds until pliable.

Spread mayonnaise and ketchup evenly over each tortilla. Top each with 4 pickle slices, one slice of American cheese, and 1/2 cup of cooked ground beef placed in the center.

Fold each tortilla burrito-style by tucking in the sides and rolling tightly. Brush the tops with melted butter to promote browning.

Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Place the wraps inside in a single layer and cook for 5 minutes until the wraps are crispy and golden. Optionally, brush with additional butter.

Allow the wraps to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, cut each wrap in half for easier handling.
