Line a baking sheet or cooling rack with parchment paper.

Place chocolate candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 50% power for 1 minute, stir, then continue heating in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring after each interval until smooth, up to 5 minutes.

Using a fork or candy dipper, fully coat each Oreo in melted chocolate, gently tapping off excess chocolate.

Place coated Oreos on prepared parchment. While chocolate is soft, press one light brown candy melt on the bottom half for the snout, place two candy eyeballs above it, then attach a red M&M nose using a small dab of melted chocolate. Press half a pretzel on each side as antlers.

Let cookies sit for approximately 10 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens before serving.
