04 - 1 handful red candy melts
05 - 1 handful blue candy melts
06 - 1 handful white chocolate, roughly chopped
07 - Red, white, and blue sprinkles

→ Miscellaneous

08 - Non-stick cooking spray

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - In a medium saucepan, melt unsalted butter over low heat.
02 - Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
03 - Remove saucepan from heat and immediately add Rice Krispies cereal, stirring thoroughly to ensure even coating.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a baking dish greased with non-stick spray. Press down firmly using a rubber spatula to create an even layer.
05 - While still warm, evenly sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles atop the mixture and gently press them in to adhere.
06 - Allow the mixture to cool completely at room temperature. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out individual treats.
07 - Using a microwave at 50% power, melt the red and blue candy melts in 30-second intervals stirring between each until smooth. Melt white chocolate similarly but in 30-second increments until mostly melted.
08 - Drizzle melted red, blue, and white chocolate over the star-shaped treats using a small hole cut in a sandwich bag corner for precision.

# Handy Tips:

01 - To avoid sticky hands, use wax paper sprayed with cooking spray when pressing the mixture into the baking dish.
02 - The number of treats depends on the size of your cookie cutter.
