In a medium saucepan, melt unsalted butter over low heat.

Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.

Remove saucepan from heat and immediately add Rice Krispies cereal, stirring thoroughly to ensure even coating.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish greased with non-stick spray. Press down firmly using a rubber spatula to create an even layer.

While still warm, evenly sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles atop the mixture and gently press them in to adhere.

Allow the mixture to cool completely at room temperature. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out individual treats.

Using a microwave at 50% power, melt the red and blue candy melts in 30-second intervals stirring between each until smooth. Melt white chocolate similarly but in 30-second increments until mostly melted.

Drizzle melted red, blue, and white chocolate over the star-shaped treats using a small hole cut in a sandwich bag corner for precision.
